AP reports 37-year-old Turkish man Gokman Tanis is a suspect.
3 people are dead and nine others are wounded after a shooting on a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht.
Authorities are treating it as a possible terror attack.
Police say 37-year-old Gokmen Tanis is a suspect, and still on the run.
Tanis is originally from Turkey.
Authorities released a photo of Tanis:
